Ms. Anderson is a Founding Member of Anderson & Badgley, P.L. She was born June 1, 1954 in Waterbury, Connecticut. She attended Florida State University, where she graduated in 1975. She then went on to attend the University of Georgia, receiving her law degree in 1978. Ms. Anderson has been a practicing attorney in Florida since 1979, specializing in business, real estate and finance law. Ms. Anderson is fluent in Spanish and has a working knowledge of Portuguese.

Ms. Anderson practices in the business area, including acquisitions and general corporate and partnership law matters for a variety of entrepreneurial businesses, including limited liability companies, partnerships, joint ventures and corporations. Ms. Anderson’s practice includes merger, asset and stock acquisition and disposition transactions. Her practice consists of a wide variety of general business and commercial transactions, including licensing, franchise agreements and financing transactions. Her clients are comprised of a number of local banks and credit unions, as well as closely-held businesses. She also maintains a general real estate practice including acquisition, disposition and leasing transactions and representation of lenders, owners and developers, including real estate financing matters.
